First and foremost, I wish to congratulate Consumers Association of Pakistan for their volunteer services and struggle to protect consumers' rights. I also give tribute to all award winning Industries and service providers who care for consumers by delivering quality goods and services.
I am very pleased to learn that apart from the Consumers Choice Award the CAP has organised a series of seminars and conferences on financial problems, competition and quality of the goods, intellectual property rights, world consumer rights day, health care and civic issues and many more to create awareness among consumers so that they may practice their rights forcefully. These healthy activities need continuity to make the consumers understand their rights and responsibilities.
On the special occasion, I want to commend all consumers for their co-operation with Consumers Association of Pakistan and join hands together for developing sustainable consumer culture in Pakistan. Best wishes for this momentous event.
