A young shepherd and a girl were killed while a woman sustained serious injuries in two separate incidents of landmine blasts in the Kohlu and Dera Bugti districts of the province, official sources said Monday. The first incident took place in the Grisini locality of district Kohlu in which a young shepherd stepped over an anti-personnel landmine planted by unknown miscreants.
As a result, he died on the spot. The second mishap took place near Sui, headquarter of district Dera Bugti in which a young girl cutting grass was killed while her mother sustained serious injuries. The injured woman was admitted in a local hospital.
