Chinese Ambassador calls on Hina

Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Liu Jian called on Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar here on Friday. The Ambassador informed the minister of the Chinese Government's decision to give $5 million in cash for flood affectees. He also informed that the China had recently supplied 7000 tents. China has already donated $4.7 million for flood victims.
Foreign Minister Khar appreciated China's timely assistance and said that it was testimony to the time tested friendship between the two countries. They exchanged views on the regional and international situation and matters of mutual interest.-PR
