Karachi unrest: Supreme Court to announce judgment on October 6

The Supreme Court (SC) will announce reserved its judgment on Karachi unrest here on October 6, 2011. It is worth mentioning that the judgment was reserved on September 16 after a five-member special bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case in Karachi Registry.
According to a press release issued here on Monday, notices were issued to all concerned including counsel for the parties, Attorney General for Pakistan, President Supreme Court Bar Association, President Sindh High Court Bar Association, Advocate General, the Prosecutor General and the Inspector General of Police, Sindh.
