The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is pursuing dengue virus actively, conducting sprays regularly and fighting for the lives of citizens facing viral attack. Chairman Dengue Control Committee Nishter Town, Naseer Bhutta MNA has said that they will eliminate dengue virus with the co-operation of people.
He said that all available resources are being utilised to overcome the dengue virus. He directed the Nishter Town administration to conduct spray regularly in the urban and rural areas of the town and to improve the cleanliness and hygienic conditions. He said that spray in UCs-141 & 142 would be conducted on Thursday.
He expressed these views by presiding over the town administration meeting attended by MPAs Zaeem Qadri and Ramzan Siddique, ticket holder PP-159 Khalid Mehmood Qadri, TMO, officials of local bodies, health, special branch and other departments. MNA Naseer Bhutta directed sanitation and solid waste management authorities to remove the debris and waste from the town area and spray chemicals on the dumping points effectively.
Early recovery of dengue patients is the top priority of the Punjab government and no negligence would be tolerated in this regard, he added. He also directed the private and government schools administration for early completion of fogging failing which they would not be allowed to reopen their schools, it concluded.
