Peoples Lawyers Forum (PLF) Punjab said PPP always confronted dictatorship not the institutions but it was Nawaz league that attacked Supreme Court and now trying to create rift among armed forces. In a statement issued here on Saturday, forum's senior vice-president Malik Nasir Awan and additional general secretary Rana Sufyan Arshad said the speech of President Asif Ali Zardari on birthday of Benazir Bhutto depicted emotions of million of PPP's workers.
They said the speech described the philosophy of PPP based on resistance to the extremism in the society. The PLF's office-bearers stated that President Zardari criticised thinking of Nawaz Sharif that had destroyed Pakistani society. The PML-N leaders wanted to bring army and the government face to face but PPP would not let them succeed in their evil designs, the PLF leaders vowed and added PPP believed in strengthening the democracy. The PLF said despite all destructive criticism, PPP will sweep Azad Kashmir elections.
