One killed, 12 injured in Quetta blast

At least one person was killed and 12 others injured in a car bomb blast in the provincial capital here on Monday. "Unknown men had planted explosive material in a car and parked it near the wall of a degree college in Sariab area," police told APP. One person was killed and 12 others injured including a child when the car bomb exploded, police said.
The injured were rushed to Civil and Bolan Medical College hospitals where condition of some wounded are stated to be critical. Law enforcement personnel and police reached on the spot and cordoned off the entire area to trace the suspects out. Bomb disposal squad said about 20 to 25kg explosive material was used in the blast. Further investigation was underway.
