KARACHI: A man died in a gas cylinder explosion in Banaras area of the city on Thursday. According to rescue sources, a cylinder exploded due to gas leakage at a shop in Banaras area.
As a result, a 46-year-old Yaqoob suffered severe injuries and died on the spot.
The body was shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for medico-legal formalities.
