Iranian ambassador calls on Sindh CM

KARACHI: Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Mehdi Honardoost called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah at Chief Minister House here on Thursday.
Iranina Consul General to Karachi Ahmed Mohammadi was also present on the occasion, said a statement.
They discussed matters pertaining to bilateral ties and investment opportunities in Sindh.
They also discussed about further enhancing trade between Iran and Sindh through Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Sindh Chief Minister on the occasion said that Iran is our brother Muslim country. He said that a hospital in Khairpur in collaboration with Iran is running well.
Murad also acknowledged the assistance of Iran for the flood-affected people of Sindh in 2010.
