NEW YORK: US crude inventories, including the country's emergency reserves, fell to 1.15 billion barrels last week, the lowest levels since October of 2015, according to data released Wednesday by the US Energy Information Administration.
US East Coast refinery utilization rates rose to 96.2 percent, the highest rates since August of 2015, EIA data shows.
