Ali Ahmad Kurd felicitated

The leaders of Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) have felicitated lawyer, Ali Ahmad Kurd on his election as the the President of Supreme Court Bar Association with thumping majority.
Leaders of the PML-N, Sardar Zulifqar Ali Khosa, Malik Pervaiz, Ghulam Hussein Shahid, Malik Muhammad Afzal Khokhar, Nasir Iqbal Sheikh, Kaiser Mehmood Sheikh, Nasir Iqbal Khan and Shahbaz Haider said that Kurd's success in the election of lawyer's apex body is an acknowledgement to his hectic efforts for the independence of judiciary.
They said that the new SCBA president played the role of a vanguard in the struggle for independence of judiciary and hoped that he will continue his efforts for the welfare of lawyers' community and provision of justice to the people.
The PML-N leaders also expressed sorrow over the loss of lives and property in Balochistan earthquake. Further, they expressed sympathies with the families of the deceased killed in Ziarat, Peshini and Lorlai and prayed for speedy recovery of the injured.
