imagePakistan All-Rounder Mohammad Hafeez is not likely to grab a spot in the national squad for the upcoming three-match Test series against Australia i.e. set to begin next month.

According to the Dawn, Inzamam-ul-Haq, the Pakistan cricket chief selector has decided not to make any changes to the Test side that is playing against the New Zealand in their ongoing tour.

Hafeez did not mint enough runs in the ongoing Quaid-i-Azam Trophy National Cricket Championship to please the Pakistani selectors, along with the fact that Hafeez is still banned from bowling until he clears the ICC biomechanic test contributed against his entry into the squad..

The 36-year-old, has represented Pakistan in 50 Tests, 177 ODIs and 77 T20s, but was discarded from the squad due to his poor batting form along with his bowling action being banned by ICC since 2014.
