The Askari Bank, launching its first-ever Islamic Banking branch to cater to the growing public needs for interest-free banking system, vowed to open eight more branches by the end of this year.
Talking to journalists at the inaugural ceremony of the branch here on Monday, President and Chief Executive Askari Bank, Shaharyar Ahmad said that these branches would be opened in Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan regions of the country. He said, of those 5 branches will be opened by June-end.
