Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) gas supply pipeline burst near here on Saturday. The incident took place in the limit of Drigh police station near Kambar Ali Khan where a hole of 5-inch radius was developed in the pipeline.
Officials have ruled out possibility of any subversion, however, broken pieces of pipeline were sent for laboratory test to Karachi to know the cause of blast. The officials were of the opinion the pipeline burst due to pressure.
