The Training & Development Division of Happenings International has planned to organise a two-day comprehensive training workshop on "Modern Selling Strategies" on July 26-27, 2005 at a local hotel in Karachi. Happenings International Chief Executive, Khalid Iqbal, announced this in a press release issued here, on Monday.
Objectives of the workshop are to introduce modern selling techniques and to provide participants safe opportunities to practice useful responses in dealing with internal and external customers.
Whereas the workshop contents included; to identify participants' selling and behaviour style, five buying styles used by clients and learn ways to adapt to them, six methods to add value to customers through effective sales consulting, develop a minimum of seven techniques to establish credibility and trust with customers, practice four ways to develop and maintain effective customer relationships and finally to learn four disciplines to become a more effective self-manager.-PR
