By the way , have u read that all the Army personnel deputed in civil departments (except for NAB) have to put off their uniforms under an order of GHQ pertaining to Army Dress Regulation, 1989(Rule 4h).

No my dear, it was reported in a leading daily newspaper. Under this order they have to stop wearing uniform from 31st March 2004

It was also reported that Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director-General also confirmed that the order has come into force.
