Jamshoro Joint Venture Limited (JJVL) is setting up LPG extraction Project at Jamshoro, Hyderabad, Sindh and Build Own and Operate basis and is bringing an investment of around US$ 31 Million.
This project besides creating job opportunities of around 2000 persons would also help in reducing LPG retail prices in the country by creating healthy competition among different players.
It is hoped that as a result of additional availability of 450 MAT LPG per day, the people living in the far-flung areas of Pakistan would now have an access to this clean and environment friendly product.
The people who were constrained to use wood for their heating requirements would now switch over to this fuel and we would be able to save our precious dwindling forest wealth.
I congratulate the Joint Venture partners on the occasion of ground breaking of their plant with the desire to see provision of better service to the consumers, high safety standards, healthy competition and competitive prices.
