Former Chairman of the Lahore Township Industries Association (LTIA) Mian Abuzar Shad has suggested to the Chief Minister Punjab, Chaudhry Parvez Ellahi to constitute a 'citizens' rights committee' in a bid to resolve their problems.
In a statement issued here on Monday Abuzar Shad congratulated Chief Minister Punjab on initiating a grand operation against criminals and 'qabza' (land grabber) groups.
In this regard, he assured all out co-operation of the industrialists and businessmen to the government. He also welcomed Chief Minister's move to make those police officers accountable who would fail to control crimes in their respective areas.
