The Ministry of Education, Government of United Arab Emirates (UAE) has issued certain guidelines for admission of Pakistani students in UAE schools for new academic session starting in April.
As per new requirements, the students desirous to seek admission in any Pakistani school in UAE, require original school leaving or transfer certificate from the last attended school, said a press release here on Monday.
Original result card duly attested by the concerned district education officer or inter-board committee of chairman, ministry of foreign affairs and the UAE Embassy in Islamabad is also essential for the students desiring admissions.
It is also mandatory for such students to furnish original birth certificate attested by the ministry of foreign affairs and UAE Embassy in the capital.
The students will also have to submit photocopy of passport of self/parents along with student's two photographs.
In case, any of the above-mentioned certificates are in Urdu, the legal translation in English or Arabic will also be required.
The student seeking admission in UAE must not be late for more than a month from the date of leaving the previous school in Pakistan.
The UAE Ministry of Education will not accept application for admission with incomplete documents.
At the time of admission of a student in UAE, the validity of passport and residence visa must be at least six months.
All the parents/students are advised to follow the above guidelines and get the documents validly attested to avoid any inconvenience at the time of admission of their children, in any of the school in UAE.
