KARACHI: Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh for Information and Archives, Maula Bux Chandio on Monday visited the Information Department here.
He took detailed briefing from Director Information Advertisement Yasmeen Memon regarding Advertisement and Publication Section.
Director Press Information Zeenat Jehan briefed him about the Directorate of Press Information.
Maula Bux Chandio said that all officers and officials of Information Department should perform their duties with honesty.
He further said that the Rules and Regulations will be followed for issuance of Advertisements to newspapers.
He also said the advertisements will be released on merit and for this purpose clean and crystal mechanism will be followed.

He said that the Information Department is playing vital role between masses and the Government of Sindh through it is very necessary that Information Department is being facilitated and strengthened with modern techniques.
He said that all the officers and officials should work with devotion and their problems will be resolved.
He said that whenever Pakistan People's Party comes into power it always initiates mega projects in Sindh as well as all over Pakistan which are salient features of PPP manifesto.
