KARACHI: Leaders of Sunni Wehdaat Council (SWC), Pakistan, have said the consensus built-up among all parties during All Parties Conference (APC), has given a sense of pride to the whole nation.
They have also expressed support in favour of unanimous resolutions passed during the APC, said a statement issued by Jamia Binoria Aalmia on Friday.
President of the SWC, Mufti Muhammad Naeem and others have called for the implementation of the resolutions passed by the APC.
The leaders of the Council including Maulana Abdul Hameed, Mufti Zubair, Maulana Altaf Rehman, Maulana Faseeh-ur-Rehman, Maulana Asad Thanvi, Prof. Mehmood-ul-hasan, Maulana Orangzeb Farooqi have called for national unity in the prevailing circumstances in the country.
Welcoming convening of the APC by the government, they highly appreciated the stance taken at the Conference.
