PARIS: France is to sell between 5.5 billion euros and 6.5 billion euros ($6.2-7.4 billion) of medium-term bonds at auction on May 19, debt management agency Agence France Tresor said on Friday.
The Treasury said in a statement the offerings would be a 0.00 pct bond maturing February 2019 and a 0.00 pct May 2021 bond.
France will also sell between 1.2 billion euros and 1.7 billion euros worth of inflation-linked bonds on the same day, offering the 0.10 percent March 2021 bond linked to euro zone inflation (OATei), the 0.10 percent March 2025 French inflation-linked bond, and the 0.7 percent July, 2030 OATei.
All lines have a settlement date of May 23, 2016.
The debt agency will also offer between 4.8 billion and 6 billion euros of short-term BTF bonds.
