SINGAPORE: Spot platinum slid more than 2 percent on Monday to a one-year low of $1,561.99 an ounce, tracking losses in other precious metals.
Spot gold dropped as much as 1.6 percent earlier in the day to $1,629.89, and spot silver fell to $29.57, its lowest since early February.
