bomb_400QUETTA: Two citizens were injured in a remote control bomb blast in Mian Ghundi area in the outskirts of the provincial capital on Friday.

"Unknown men had placed explosive device on road and detonated it with remote control when an official vehicle carrying personnel of a law enforcement agency was passing from there," police confirmed to APP.

As a result of explosion, two passers by were injured while the vehicle was partially damaged.

Law enforcement personnel rushed to the site and launched efforts to trace the suspects out.

Further investigation was underway.
