MOSCOW: Russia's top natural gas producer Gazprom has cancelled a gas purchasing deal with Turkmenistan's Turkmengaz because of a "serious violation", Interfax news agency reported on Monday, citing company documents.
Russian media reported in January that Gazprom had stopped buying gas from Turkmenistan.
