RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Army carried out Rescue and Relief operations in flood affected areas of Sindh province and rescued 1,450 families through boats from Badin, Khoski, Tando Muhammad Khan, Mirpur Khas, Digri and Jhuddo.
According to ISPR, over 1000 families were shifted to Relief Camps/safe places on vehicles from areas of Badin, Golarchi, Tando Bago, Kadhan, Mirpur Khas, Roshan Abad and Jhuddo.
Medical treatment was provided to over 400 families in Army Medical Camps at Badin, Tarai, Khoski, Tando Muhammad Khan, Digri and Jhuddo.
Additional troops with heavy equipment, boats and life jackets have been reached at Khoski, Badin and Kadhan areas for Rescue and Relief operations.
