Four-day anti polio campaign in Kohat continues

imageKOHAT: The four-day ongoing anti polio drive in Kohat district, started on December 17, is entered now in third consecutive day amid strict security measures on Saturday.

According to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial health department, the children below the age of five years would be administered polio drops during the four-day campaign.

The teams comprising male and female staff were seen busy in administering polio drops to children.

The anti-polio campaign is also continued in all the other districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The children below the age of five years in FATA will also be administered polio drops during the four-day campaign.

The campaign would be carried out in north and south Waziristan, frontier region Bannu, Jamrud and Bara areas of Khyber Agency.
