Nawazuddin Siddiqui has the experience of working with superstars like Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan. But he considers them as just co-stars not stars.
After giving a blockbuster hit with Salman Khan in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, Nawazudddin Siddique is working in ‘Raees’ with Shah Rukh Khan.
In an interview with the media Chand Nawab said, “When I am on set, Shahrukh and Salman are co-actors for me. If I start thinking that I am working with Salman, then as an actor, I would not be able to improvise the character that I am playing. During shoots, I do not want to think about who I am working with as it will corrupt my performance,”
“I think as an actor my work is to give the best performance. If I continue to think about Shahrukh and Salman as stars, then I am not showing proper respect to their characters, as well as mine. You should be honest in your work,” he added.
After SRK and Dabang Khan, the 49-year-old actor, who is riding on the success of his last outing Manjhi: The Mountain Man, will be seen with Amitabh Bachchan in Sujoy Ghosh's next.
