Saif Ali Khan blunt and harsh statements about Pakistan have created much trouble for the Bollywood actor. Pakistan censor board has ban Saif Ali Khan’s movies forever in Pakistan.
According to Indian media reports, owing to these anti-Pakistan comments, the censor board has now banned his movies forever. This was reported by Middle East censor board member Kiaara, “After this Statement, Pakistan Censor Board Banned #SaifAliKhan Movies in #Pakistan forever”.
An upcoming Indian movie ‘Phantom’ didn’t get passed by Pakistan censor board due to inappropriate content regarding Pakistan. Jamaat-ud-Daawa chief Hafiz Saeed also filed a petition against the movie in Lahore High Court which got approved later.
Many Pakistani celebrities reacted to Saif Ali Khan’s comment when he said, ‘he doesn’t have faith in Pakistan’. Actor Hamza Ali Abbasi, Shaan Shahid and anchor Faisal Qureshi too posted a firm reply to the actor on social networking site.
As per the latest reviews by critics, ‘Phantom’ makes no sense and is plain boring.
Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie also stars Katrina Kaif in lead role. It will hit theatres on August 28 in India.
