ISE-10 index stays bearish

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange here on Monday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 9.76 points and closed at 3683.05 points.

A total of 32,300 shares were traded, which were down by 27,600 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 47,700 shares.

Out of 154 companies, share prices of 62 companies recorded increase while share prices of 92 companies registered decrease where as no company remained stable in trading.

The share price of Indus Motors increased by Rs 28.03 per share while the share prices of Muree Brewery decreased by Rs 49.89 per share.

Fauji Cement, Silk Bank, Mari Petroleum, Engro Fertilizer remained the top trading company in Monday's trading with 30,000, 1,000, 500, 500 shares respectively.
