Shruti Haasan, the actress-singer-music composer has lent her voice to other actresses in the past. Now she is all set to croon for herself.
Shruti Haasan made a huge musical impact with two diverse tracks for two leading films ‘Tevar’ and ‘Shamitabh’. Now Shruti is getting set to have her third track for her own film ‘Gabbar’ opposite Akshay Kumar. The song is apparently very different from her previous two songs but promises to be as popular as the first two songs for the album, media reported.
In 2013, she appeared in the Telugu action film ‘Balupu’ opposite Ravi Teja which eventually became a super hit at the Indian box office. Haasan made her Bollywood comeback, with Prabhu Deva’s ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’ and Nikhil Advani’s ‘D-Day’. The films emerged as moderate successes and Haasan received generally positive reviews for her performances.
