ISE-10 index stays bearish

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange here on Thursday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 1.52 points and closed at 3945.42 points.

A total of 12,600 shares were traded, which were down by 35,200 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 47,800 shares.

Out of 152 companies, share prices of 68 companies recorded increase while share prices of 84 companies registered decrease where as no company remained stable in trading.

The share price of Indus Motors increased by Rs. 52.12 per share while the share price of Akzo Noble Pakistan decreased by Rs. 13 per share.

PIA, Bank of Punjab and Pakistan Oilfields remained the top trading companies in Thursday's trading with 10,000, 2000 and 600 shares respectively.
