King of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan, who will be romancing Pakistani actress Mahira Khan in his upcoming film ‘Raees’ will also be sharing a screen space with Nawazuddin Siddiqui for the first time. At a recent event Shahrukh Khan was asked about his latest release where he has all praises for them.
According to Indian media reports, SRK said, “Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan are there in the film (Raees). Both of them are very accomplished actors. I think the cast is really wonderful. Now I would have to excel and perform like them”.
Mahira was already very famous in Pakistan, especially after her role as Khirad in the hit drama serial ‘Humsafar’ won the hearts around the world. The people in India are also awe struck by Mahira Khan’s beauty and talent and her fan club is increasing day by day. SRK is mighty impressed with the acting skills of Pakistani actress.
He said, “Rahul (Dholakia) liked her. She suited the film a lot. I have seen a little bit part of her television stuff. I have met her and she is marvelous actor,” media reported.
Directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, the movie is expected to hit theatres in July 2015.
