imageKARACHI: K-Electric in its press note has announced that the company will yet again exempt its customers from any load-shed during the Eid holidays. Following its tradition, the company has exempted load-shed during Eid for the last 5 years, and this year will be no different.

Giving details the press statement said that there will be no load-shed starting Sunday 5th October till the 8th of October. However, in an area as vast as Karachi and its surrounding areas, there might be an occurrence of fault which should not be mistaken with load-shedding, says KE.

KE has stated that their Rapid Response Team would be on alert and would be ready to serve its customers round the clock. In case of faults, customers are advised to log their complaints on 118, or register their complaint via SMS on 8119.
