ISE-10 index stays Bearish

imageISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange(ISE) on Monday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 8.72 points to close at4533.87 points.

A total of 9,500 shares were traded, which showed a growth of 6,800 shares, when compared with previous day's trading of 2,700 shares.

Out of 150 companies, share prices of 71 companies recorded increase while those of 79 companies decreased and no company remained stable in today'strading.

The share price of Siemens Pakistan Engineering increased by Rs 37.69 while that of Pakistan Tobacco decreased by Rs 50 per share.

Bank of Punjab, Silk Bank and Pakistan Petroleum remained the top trading companies with 4,000, 1,500 and 300 shares respectively.
