GUJRANWALA: Police have registered a case against 100 persons from PML-N and PPP over firing incident between both the groups after a clash during polling at LA-31 Jammu-II, here on Sunday.
According to the eye witnesses, the clash started when PML-N's former MNA Muddasar Nahra's brother Azhar Qayyum Nahra along with armed men entered the polling station and started polling of fake votes on gun point after making the polling staff hostage.
PPP activists which were led by MNA Tassadaq Masood Khan reached on the spot and attempted to stop PML-N activists.
The police have registered the case on the report of presiding officer.
MNA Tassadaq Masood and Azhar Nahra are include among those, the case has been registered. Three persons have been arrested.
