wheatCHICAGO: Wheat futures were called 7 to 9 cents per bushel higher at the Chicago Board of Trade on Friday morning, continuing a rebound after the market plunged to its lowest level since July 2010 earlier this week.

* The calls were in line with gains made during he overnight Globex trading session. Kansas City Board of Trade and MGEX wheat also rose during overnight trading.

* No change expected in variable storage rates for CBOT wheat, first time since VSR was launched.

* Wheat export premiums at US Gulf steady late on Thursday after firming earlier in the week on improved demand.
