LONDON: Bund futures erased losses on Friday as jittery traders sought out safe haven assets citing reports that the euro zone's permanent rescue mechanism could face further hurdles.
The Bund future was last up 3 ticks on the day at 127.22, having earlier hit a session low of 126.73. Traders cited reports that Austria's opposition Greens could block creation of the euro zone's permanent rescue fund, while also highlighting limited flows behind the price movement.
