OSLO: Norway's right wing government said it will not cut its stake in oil and gas firm Statoil, despite suggestions made before last year's elections that it might do so.
The government also said in a white paper on government ownership it intended to keep its stakes in bank DNB, fertilizers producer Yara and aluminium producer Norsk Hydro at the current levels.
