KANDHKOT: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah alongwith provincial ministers Jam Saif ullah Dharejo and Muzaffar Chief Engineer Gudu Barrage Zahoor ul Haroon Qazi briefed the chief minister about repair work of Tori Bund, a handout issued here said.
He informed that two main breaches were accrued due to the last year's flood and repair work is being carried out in full swing under the supervision of Sindh Irrigation Department at a coast of Rs 400 million, he informed.
The chief minister expressed satisfaction on the repair work.
Later, he also visited KK Bund.
Secretary Irrigation Khalid Hyder Memon, Consultant Idress Rajput, DCO Kashmore Saeed Saleh Jumani, DIG Larakana Sain Rakhio Mirani and local PPP leaders, workers were also present.
