ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Tuesday witnessed a bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 41.98 points to close at 4477.71 points.
A total of 86,000 shares were traded, which showed positive growth of 76,487 shares when compared to previous day's trading of 9,513.
Out of 157 companies, share prices of 36 recorded increase while those of 121 companies decreased.
The share price of Pakistan Tobacco increased by Rs 47.83 while that of Mitchells Fruit Farma decreased by Rs 29 per share.
PTCL, Lafrage Pakistan Cement and Silkbank remained the top trading companies with 70,000, 15,000 and 1,000 respectively.
