ISE-10 index stays bearish

imageISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) Monday witnessed a bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 27.09 points to close at 4519.69 points.

A total of 9,513 shares were traded, which showed negative growth of 74,787 shares when compared to previous day's trading of 84,300.

Out of 142 companies, share prices of 44 recorded increase while those of 98 companies decreased.

The share price of Siemnes Pakistan Engineering increased by Rs 24.95 while that of Sanofi Aventis Pakistan decreased by Rs 44.5 per share.

Silkbank and National Bank remained the top trading companies with 9,500 and 13 shares respectively.
