VEHARI: Pakistan Muslim League-N MNA Tehmina Daultana lauded the Punjab government for presenting a balanced budget.
Talking to APP, Tehmina Daultana said the Punjab government deserved appreciation as it had enhanced the development budget up to Rs220 billion from Rs130 billion.
She said the budget would help raise the living standard of poor people. The budget will also improve healthcare and education in the province, she added.
She said that taxes were not imposed on small sectors. She also hailed a decision of the Punjab government for not accepting foreign aid.
