ISLAMABAD: Caretaker, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Arif Nizami Saturday said that stability of democracy and democratic institutions would be vital for economic stability and peace in the country.
He said that coming government of Pakistan Muslim League (N) would face big internal and external challenges like economic instability, terrorism and energy crisis.
He added that political maturity and strong political will would be needed to solve all these challenges faced by the country.
Arif Nizami said that PML (N) leader Nawaz Sharif has emerged as a mature politician and he would make Pakistan a peaceful and stable country.
Talking to private television channel, he said that democratic institutions are much strong now in the country and continuity of the democratic system was the only solution to meet the challenges.
He was of the view that the coming government should make joint strategy to evolve consensus between all stakeholders against terrorism for maintaining peace and stability in the country.
The caretaker Information Minister said that all the institutions should respect each other and work in their constitutional boundaries to avoid any clash for a strong democracy in the country.
