Kenyan shilling holds steady, remittances and horticulture exports help

At 0840 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 106.45/65 per dollar, the same as Friday's close.

NAIROBI: The Kenyan shilling held steady on Monday as dollar demand from oil and merchandise importers was matched by remittances and horticulture export proceeds, traders said.

At 0840 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 106.45/65 per dollar, the same as Friday's close.
