KARACHI: Bollywood Actress Kareena Kapoor has confirmed to perform as an item girl in “Dabang 2”.
According to media sources, Kapoor responded positively on Salman Khan’s personal request to do an item song in his upcoming sequel of Dabangg.
Sources said, "How could she not? Both Lolo (Karisma Kapoor) and Bebo are very close to Salman. The sisters can never say no to him for anything."
Now the filmmakers are hunting for a suitable track as there is a buzz doing the rounds that Khan will be dancing vigorously with Kapoor than he did with Malaika Arora Khan in “Dabangg”, added a source.
Music composers are searching for a North Indian folk with western dance fusion.
Choreographer Farah Khan officially confirmed to choreograph the song by saying, "All we can tell you is we're focusing on making it very different from everything that has come in the last two years after Munni Badnaam."
The movie is scheduled to be released in December.
