KARACHI: Emma Watson is reportedly in talks to play Fifty Shades of Grey's Anastasia Steele in the film adaptation of the erotic novel sensation.
The 22-year-old actress, who shot to fame as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter franchise, is in talks to take up the racy role.
An insider say bosses feel Emma Watson would be perfect for the part of Anastasia Steele, thanks to a combination of her acting skills and believable innocence.
Meanwhile, the debate still rages on over who will win the role of handsome billionaire, Christian Grey.
So far Ryan Gosling, Robert Pattinson and Michael Fassbender are all strong contenders for the part, while Vampire Diaries actor Ian Somerhalder, Superman star Henry Cavill and Brit boy Eddie Redmayne are also said to be in the running.
But as yet there's been no word from the Actress herself as to whether she would accept the role.
