Minister for Communications has said that Motorway Police have become a symbol of pride for the nation. Murad Saeed said this while addressing an event as chief guest wherein officers and members of civil society participated. The Federal Minister for Communications Murad Saeed, IG NHMP AD Khawaja and guest speaker Kamran Kayani addressed the seminar.
He said the officers of NHMP demonstrated unprecedented hard work and devotion to the department's core values of integrity, courtesy, help and rule of law within limited resources. The officers raised the glittering image of the department. While addressing the seminar IG National Highways and Motorway Police AD Khawaja said that the exceptional performance of the National Highways and Motorway Police is a result of officers integrity, courtesy and enthusiastic help to distressed commuters. He further added that the international organizations have declared NHMP as corruption free department.
