PSX close of day 22-Oct-2019

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Tuesday at 18,210.06 points with a positive change of 98.24 and volume of 48,752,200 shares. High and Low were 18,240.60 and 18,032.30 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 21 were up, 8 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 83,612,250 shares. Total companies traded were 344 of which 188 were positive, 135 were negative and 21 were unchanged.

Chemicals was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 13,611,050 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 11,026,700 shares.
