The newly reconstructed and remodeled 'Mucca&Rustom Cowasjee Emergency Wing' at The Kidney Centre boasts a state-of-the-art ER. Operational round the clock with thirteen beds, the ER has the latest high tech equipment, including six dialysis machines, an operating area for minor procedures, a separate triage area and a spacious waiting area for attendants.
The Emergency Wing also has a centrally-located clinical workstation, making it faster and easier for clinicians to move through the space and provide a clear view of all patient areas at all times.
Our doctors and para-medical staff are fully trained to handle all kinds of renal emergencies. The reception at the ER provides all necessary information about registration, discharge / transfer to the ward / ICU, etc.-PR
